The ICs, which operate at 20-30 GHz clock speeds, are the world’s fastest digital circuits.
As a result of their unparalleled sensor and computing capabilities, the company’s ICs feature extreme performance benefits for applications including mobile networking, instrumentation, metrology, medical imaging, and advanced computing.
HYPRES offers its high density, niobium-based, digital superconductor ICs on GSA Schedule 70— General Purpose Commercial Information Technology Equipment, Software and Services. The ICs, which can feature more than 12,000 Josephson junctions per standard chip, can be viewed and ordered on GSA Advantage!®.
